The electrochemistry and scanning tunnelling microscopy of the flavoprotein, putidaredoxin reductase from Pseudomonas putida
- Cyclic voltammetry studies of putidaredoxin reductase (PdR) were carried out on graphite working electrodes, with comparative scans of the co-factor FAD. STM observations were performed to investigate the adsorption of PdR at the surface of HOPG and gold(111) surfaces under aqueous (buffered) conditions.
