Abstract:: This paper is a report on the recent special session of papers presented at the RSA Annual Conference in Dublin, entitled “Beyond Smart and Data-Driven City-Regions: Rethinking Stakeholder-Helixes Strategies.” The session was a collaboration between the Urban Transformations ESRC programme at the University of Oxford and the Future Cities Catapult.
