Documentation:
Matlab was used to generate the conductance maps presented in figure 3 and 4. The necassary scripts are included. Due to file size, device 2c is split across several .zip files. Transport data was collected using QTlab. AFM data was plotted using the free software Gwyddion, available from: http://gwyddion.net/
