Molecular basis of alternating access membrane transport by the sodium-hydantoin transporter Mhp1.

The structure of the sodium-benzylhydantoin transport protein Mhp1 from Microbacterium liquefaciens comprises a five-helix inverted repeat, which is widespread among secondary transporters.
