Volumetric cortical loss in sporadic and familial amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

Abstract:

Patients homozygous for the D90A mutation of the SOD1 gene (homD90A) demonstrate markedly slower progression of disease than those patients with sporadic ALS (SALS).
