Pressure effects on the tetragonal infinite-layer structure were studied in superconducting Sr0.9La0.1CuO2 (electron-doped) and Sr0.7Ca0.3CuO2 (hole-doped) samples, and in an insulating nonsuperconducting Sr0.14Ca0.86CuO2 sample, using time-of-flight neutron powder diffraction.
