We tested the efficacy and safety of chlorproguanil/dapsone co-administered with artesunate (CD+A) for the treatment of uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria in children compared with amodiaquine+sulfadoxine/pyrimethamine (AQ+SP) at two different sites in Rwanda.
