Metabolic changes during carcinogenesis: potential impact on invasiveness.

Abstract:

Successful adaptation to varying microenvironmental constraints plays a crucial role during carcinogenesis. We develop a hybrid cellular automation approach to investigate the cell-microenvironmental interactions that mediate somatic evolution of cancer cells.
