Investigation of the interaction between peanut agglutinin and synthetic glycopolymeric multivalent ligands.
The interaction between synthetic glycoplymers bearing beta-D-galactose side groups and the lectin peanut agglutinin (PNA) was investigated by UV-difference spectroscopy and isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC).
