Time adaptive Zassenhaus splittings for the Schrödinger equation in the semiclassical regime

Abstract:

Time dependent Schrödinger equations with conservative force field commonly constitute a major challenge in the numerical approximation, especially when they are analysed in the semiclassical regime.
