Objectives: To evaluate the relative cost-effectiveness of uterine artery embolisation (UAE) and hysterectomy in women with symptomatic uterine fibroids from the perspective of the UK NHS. Design: Cost-utility analysis. Setting: Eighteen UK NHS hospital trusts.
