Cognitive behaviour therapy for the chronic fatigue syndrome: A randomised controlled trial

Abstract:

The objective of the study was to evaluate the acceptability and efficacy of adding cognitive behaviour therapy to the medical care of patients presenting with the chronic fatigue syndrome.
