Patterns of abnormal motor cortex excitability in atypical parkinsonian syndromes.

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE: Multiple system atrophy (MSA), progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), and corticobasal-ganglionic degeneration (CBGD) are all clinically characterized by an akinetic-rigid syndrome together with a variety of additional signs.
