Transparent current spreading layers for optoelectronic devices

Abstract:

A model based on leaky transmission line was developed to assess the electrical performance of transparent current spreading layers for application to surface light emitting diodes. The model is applied to conductive transparent spreading layers of the type used for optoelectronic devices.
