Exercise testing (ET) stands as one of the most easy, affordable, cost effective, non invasive methods for diagnosing coronary heart disease. Its sensitivity, specificity and prognostic value, especially in the prime era of its implementation in the cardiac diagnostic procedure, is relatively limited.
