High sensitivity methods to quantify chloroquine and its metabolite in human blood samples using LC-MS/MS

Abstract:

AIM: Chloroquine is an antimalarial drug used in the treatment of Plasmodium vivax malaria. Three methods to quantify chloroquine and its metabolite in blood matrices were developed and validated.
