Abstract:

A new glucose biosensor has been fabricated by immobilizing glucose oxidase into a sol-gel composite at the surface of a basal plane pyrolytic graphite (bppg) electrode modified with multiwall carbon nanotube. First, the bppg electrode is subjected to abrasive immobilization of carbon nanotubes by gently rubbing the electrode surface on a filter paper supporting the carbon nanotubes.
