Perturbations of cerebral hemodynamics in Kenyans with cerebral malaria.

Abstract:

The mechanisms of death and neurologic sequelae in African children with cerebral malaria are undetermined. Because pathologic features are confined to the cerebral vasculature, perturbations in cerebral hemodynamics may be responsible.
