Abstract:

Paraneoplastic pemphigus (PNP) is a rare multisystem, autoimmune disease with prominent mucocutaneous manifestations, occurring most commonly in association with haematological malignancies. It is characterised by the presence of circulating autoantibodies against epithelial adhesion proteins.
