Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of lumefantrine (benflumetol) in acute falciparum malaria.

Abstract:

The objective of this study was to conduct a prospective population pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic evaluation of lumefantrine during blinded comparisons of artemether-lumefantrine treatment regimens in uncomplicated multidrug-resistant falciparum malaria.
