Community mediation across ethnicities: building for conflict resolution in diverse societies

Abstract:

The central purpose of this thesis is to explore how academics and dispute resolution centres discuss inter-ethnic dispute resolution. The study begins by reviewing the literature on this topic but quickly discerns that little research exists analysing the interactions between parties from different ethnic backgrounds (i.e. interethnic disputes).
