Files ending '_sorted particles'  are the output of the 'iSCAMS Analysis' software.
They contain a list where each row corresponds to the parameters extracted for a particles detected in the ratiometric movie.
Columns correspond to parameters as follows:
1st = particle contrast
2nd = X position (pixels)
3rd = Y position (pixels)
4th = sigma X (pixels)
5th = sigma Y (pixels)
6th = offset
7th = binding time (frames)
8th = residual of 2D fit

For each landing assay movie analysed, here are included the corresponding '_sorted particles' file, together with a file (.txt or .xlsx) containing a list of just the contrasts extracted.
