Abstract:

Strong expression of Forkhead box-P1 (FOXP1), a winged-helix transcription factor, has been identified as an independent prognostic factor in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). However, possible mechanisms of deregulation of this gene, on 3p14.1, have yet to be elucidated.
