Documentation:: Data collected between 2019 and 2021. Data pertains to work published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America. This dataset contains the metabolomics sum-normalised data used in the study. The name of each spreadsheet identifies the cohort the data corresponds to.
