REDOR NMR on a hydrophobic peptide in oriented membranes.

Abstract:

A method is presented for the calculation of REDOR dephasing for specifically labeled membrane-spanning peptides in uniformly aligned lipid bilayers under magic angle oriented sample spinning (MAOSS) conditions.
