Linear and nonlinear optical methods for multi-gas and multi-parameter sensing

Abstract:: Linear multi-mode absorption spectroscopy, MUMAS, enhanced by wavelength modulation and cavity methods for simultaneous detection of multiple transitions is reported. Nonlinear laser induced gratings are shown to provide measurements of multiple parameters relevant to combustion. © OSA / ASSP/LACSEA/LSandC 2010.
