Vessel wall contrast enhancement: a diagnostic sign of cerebral vasculitis.

Abstract:

PURPOSE: Inflammatory stenoses of cerebral arteries cause stroke in patients with florid vasculitis. However, diagnosis is often difficult even with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and biopsy.
