Magnet Design for an Integrable Non-Linear Accelerator Lattice

Abstract:

Integrable non-linear accelerator lattices are regarded as one potential option for the next generation of high-intensity accelerators. In particle tracking studies non-linear integrable lattices have shown to be effective in suppressing machine resonances, tune shifts and instabilities.
