Microvasculitic paraproteinaemic polyneuropathy and B-cell lymphoma.

Abstract:

Microvasculitis may play a greater part in the pathogenesis of paraproteinaemic neuropathies than is generally recognised, producing tissue destruction by convergent immune and physical mechanisms.
