Abstract:

Dendritic cells (DCs) play a pivotal role in controlling the balance between tolerance and immunity in the intestine. Gut conditioned CD103(+) DCs promote regulatory T (Treg) cell responses; however, little is known about DCs that drive inflammation in the intestine.
