Lipopolysaccharide heterogeneity among Burkholderia pseudomallei from different geographic and clinical origins.
Heterogeneous patterns were obtained for lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from 1,327 Burkholderia pseudomallei isolates by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, silver staining, and immunoblot analysis.
