Abstract:

AIM: Delayed enhancement MRI (DE-MRI) of the heart has been shown to reliably identify areas of irreversible myocardial damage. We sought to determine if the term anteroseptal MI is appropriate by correlating electrocardiographic, angiographic, cine MRI and DE-MRI findings.
