Notes on dataset for "Potential for 'mobility hub' solutions in rural areas with low bus frequency" (author: Scott Urban, Hertford College, Oxford)

1. Researchers should refer to Data.csv, where they will find a data map and all supporting files needed to re-create the results. 

2. Researchers interested only in the using the bus-frequencies should use rural_trans_202311_csv.zip, making note of the accompanying codebook.  

Caveats for applied use of the data outputs (as noted in the paper): 

_ These are bus-frequency numbers; they do not account for any rail options
_ The bus frequencies are for bus schedules in operation in September 2023
