PURPOSE: We evaluate terazosin therapy for chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study included 100, 20 to-50-year-old subjects who met the consensus criteria for chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome and had not received previous alpha-blockers.
