Triple therapy immunosuppression in cadaveric renal transplantation.

Abstract:

One hundred and ninety-two patients received 200 consecutive cadaver renal transplants (158 first and 42 regrafts) and were treated with triple therapy immunosuppression consisting of low-dose cyclosporin, azathioprine and prednisolone. One-year patient and graft survival rates were 95% and 82%, respectively.
