3,3-Bis[1-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)-1,4-dihydropyridin-4-yl]benzofuran-2(3H)-one

Abstract:: This paper describes the preparation and characterisation of an a,a-bis(N-sulfonyldihydropyrid-4- yl)-substituted lactone, the first reported example containing this functionality and only the second a,a-bis(dihydropyrid-4-yl)-substituted carbonyl compound to be reported.
