Descending projections from the auditory cortex to the inferior colliculus in the gerbil, Meriones unguiculatus.

Abstract:

Corticofugal projections to the auditory midbrain, the inferior colliculus (IC), influence the way in which specific sets of IC neurons process acoustic signals.
