Transplantation tolerance in an age of induced pluripotency.

Abstract:

PURPOSE OF REVIEW: In a seminal paper in 2006, Yamanaka and coworkers reported the reprogramming of terminally differentiated murine cells to a pluripotent state, largely indistinguishable from conventional embryonic stem cells.
