Amalgamation: fundamental procedures

Abstract:

Amalgamation is the merger of one or more companies with another company or the merger of two or more companies to form one company. The Companies Act, 1956, (India) does not defines the term 'amalgamation'. The procedures relating to an amalgamation contains critical processes.
