Bayesian analysis of fluorescence lifetime imaging data

Abstract:

Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM) is an intensity independent and sensitive optical technique for studying the cellular environment but its accuracy is often compromised when low photon counts are available for analysis.
