More detailed characterization of some of the HL60 karyotypic features by fluorescence in situ hybridization.

Abstract:

We performed a focused chromosome analysis on the HL60 cell line by multicolor fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), using probes for the unequivocal identification of specific chromosome regions and subregions.
