Scenarios for autoimmunization of T and B cells in myasthenia gravis.
We have studied responses in thymoma patients to interferon-alpha and to the acetylcholine receptor (AChR) in early-onset myasthenia gravis (EOMG), seeking clues to autoimmunizing mechanisms.
