The Laplace-Young equation near a corner

Abstract:
We consider the behaviour of capillary surfaces in domains that contain a corner. The local behaviour at the corner can depend strongly on the contact angle (γ) and the corner angle (2α). We outline the full range of possibilities for 0<γ≤ 1/2 π, including the transitions between the various regimes.
