Fractionation of lysozyme and chicken egg albumin using ultrafiltration with 30-kDa commercial membranes

Abstract:

Lysozyme is an important protein in chicken egg white (CEW) and it is feasible to separate lysozyme from other CEW proteins using ultrafiltration.
