Biomarkers in COPD

Abstract:

COPD is lagging in the precision medicine race. The term COPD was designed to be an umbrella term, which is intentionally heterogeneous. To help understand the physiology of COPD and better treat our patients, researchers have evaluated many biomarkers in COPD.
