PURPOSE:T2 -relaxation-under-spin-tagging (TRUST) is an MR technique for the non-invasive assessment of whole-brain cerebral oxygen extraction fraction (OEF), through measurement of the venous blood T2 relaxation time in the sagittal sinus.
