Background Patients with neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF2) are an important subgroup of patients undergoing peripheral nerve schwannoma excision, however data on their outcomes are lacking. Co-existing peripheral neuropathy can complicate the clinical presentation and recovery in NF2.
