Abstract:

Glioblastoma (GBM) is a universally fatal solid malignancy of the central nervous system (CNS), hallmarked by a high mitotic index, intercellular heterogeneity, and low neo-antigen burden. Standard of care including surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy has failed to improve life expectancy beyond 15 months.
