Supplementary material for generating figures

This folder contains code to generate the figures and tables of the paper, and serves as an example of how to access the stored summary results that were used to produce the figures.
Files and folders:
data/ - stores the output validation of the methods
timing_release.py - is code used to generate the timing results in Table 2
visualisation_release.py - is code used to generate the results figures in the paper from the output data
Running the code:
The code requires python. Tested on python 2.7 but should work on python 3.4 upwards.
The following python libraries are required:
- matplotlib
- numpy
- scipy
- scikit-learn
- pandas
Generate timing results:
python timing_release.py
Generate figures:
python visualisation_release.py
