Carbon monoxide dehydrogenase (CODH) is known to catalyze CO oxidation and CO₂ reduction reversibly with the minimal overpotential. A great advantage of protein film electrochemistry (PFE) is its ability to probe catalysis over a wide range of potentials, especially in the low potential region required for CO₂ reduction.
